An Iranian medical student (34) obtained employment at Lærdal Hospital without being authorised and made no attempt to conceal that he supports the regime. Most serious is that he used information from his medical practice to threaten exile-Iranians. The Iranian had previously worked in Sweden and he wrote to named Iranians: – It was I who obtained your hearing aid. To another he writes: You have had several abortions; you must stop that otherwise I will make sure of it.
The Iranian had previously worked at healthcare enterprises in Sweden and the Iranians he threatens are from his time there.
He explicitly threatens a named woman:
“I know about all the abortions you have had. Do not try to spread lies for a few pieces of food from the enemy; it only leads to you losing all honour. Today is Sunday 4 January. Pull yourselves together, otherwise I will force you to do so.”
This message was sent only a couple of months ago, on 4 January.
Where was the control at the hospital?
The Iranian worked at Lærdal Hospital in 2024. At that time he was authorised. But the licence required to work at Norwegian hospitals expired in July last year. Helse Førde did not keep track when he returned from Sweden at the beginning of last year and continued in the position.
It was only when Tormod Strand at NRK made contact that the alarm was raised at Helse Førde.
The Norwegian Police Security Service (PST) has issued warnings that Iran may attempt to place people within Norwegian society. The health service, research and academia are obvious targets.
It was only when the Iranian began threatening people on TikTok and attracted attention that he came into the spotlight.
He declares without disguise that he supports the Revolutionary Guard and threatens both exile-Iranians and Swedes.
“Finally I will say this: Iran is strong. We stand firm under the shadow of the leadership. All your plans, all your lies and all your noise on social media will not change the fact that you have lost. You are the past, we are the future. Pull yourselves together before it is too late, for we never forget who failed us when it mattered most”.
In a TikTok video from January this year, recorded at Lærdal Hospital, several statements appear that may come across as threatening. The background here is reports in opposition media in Sweden that he is affiliated with the Revolutionary Guard. He responds:
“So far you have seen me in a suit and a doctor’s coat. Pity you the day I put on Soleimani’s clothes and the war uniform and come after you.”
That such a video was recorded at Lærdal Hospital is particularly serious.
“This is the end for the criminals who have stained their hands with the blood of the world’s most oppressed, defenceless and precious people. It is the end for the Zionists, who hold the world record in war and crimes against humanity in world history. These criminals will be uprooted, God willing.”
