The film Citizen Vigilante is causing a stir in Germany. It portrays a citizen who takes the law into his own hands because the authorities have stopped doing so. Many people will recognise themselves in it. That is why the film is completely banned in Germany. Yet it has spread to all Western countries where lawlessness is growing. It premiered in the United States on 19 May.
Do European authorities believe they can keep a message out in the internet age? They think like the Chinese dictator Deng Xiaoping, who wanted to spin a net around China so that not even a fly could get through.
Are we to become like China because the authorities do not dare trust the population?
Ultra-violence is a cinematic term. Citizen Vigilante depicts the same kind of violence in which Hollywood and Netflix revel. The difference is that director Uwe Boll takes as his starting point the reality in which most of us live: there, Europeans are the victims. No one defends them. Nor is it permissible to invoke necessity or self-defence. Many have experienced being prosecuted even though they were the ones who were attacked.
On the other hand, sentences handed down to immigrants are shockingly lenient. The media considered Marius Borg Høiby’s sentence too low: four years. What would an immigrant have received for the same offence? That is a question the media will not ask. We know the answer, yet many have become agitated because they believe he has received special treatment. Immigrants receive special treatment every single day.
The same two-tier system symbolised by Keir Starmer exists in Norway, and many seem to have accepted that we are worth less. They do not react.
The entertainment industry loves drama. Our daily lives are filled with drama. The citizen who restores law and order is a theme that has been in the air for a long time. We remember Death Wish with Charles Bronson. The protagonist’s wife was raped by a gang, and he wanted justice to be done.
The film is from 1974. Back then, Hollywood dared.
A remake starring Bruce Willis was produced in 2018, but by then reality had become too overwhelming, and it was in the middle of the DEI and woke wave in the United States.
The reality depicted in the 1974 film had become a reality by 2020, when Biden took office and opened the borders wide open—to rape, murder and senseless violence.
Biden admitted 13,099 convicted murderers and 425,431 convicted criminals. The figure comes from a letter from ICE to Congress in July 2024. The Biden regime invited the very regime portrayed in Death Wish. Liberal media would not write about the crimes that were committed. Laken Riley became a household name; she was killed by an immigrant whom Biden had admitted, and many illegal immigrants had lived in the United States for a long time, committed crimes, and were treated with kid gloves.
The Democrats introduced a criminal justice policy under which offenders were released straight back onto the streets. Cash bail was abandoned. As a result, they immediately had the opportunity to commit new offences.
This justice policy was financed by George Soros. He spent a fortune helping to install district attorneys whose guiding principle was symbolic punishment.
America’s future Vice President Kamala Harris supported Defund the Police in the summer of 2020 and backed the bail fund that sought to secure the immediate release of demonstrators.
Its proponents belonged to a political party that advocated the abolition of law and order.
One of Trump’s most important promises before the 2024 election was to close the border and deport illegal immigrants.
He stands for law and order. It is worth noting that this is one of the principal reasons why the media and politicians hate Trump.
Opposition to the police goes all the way back to the 1960s. The police represented the patriarchal society that had to be dismantled. Over time, the room for manoeuvre available to the police became smaller and smaller. Until they made a comeback through the police state. But Europeans are subjected to that as well. Muslims are arrested if they blow things up. Yet “wild” jihad with cars and knives is often declared insanity before the blood has even cooled.
Europeans know that a 7 October could unfold on European soil. The security authorities know it as well, but they do not dare ask the population for help. The political authorities do not dare bell the cat and pass laws that would take security seriously. Everything is connected to everything else, and the authorities and the media long ago let the opportunity slip away to put the situation right.
That is why only the avenger remains.
