Trump said in his speech last night that the 2020 election was rigged and that the federal authorities possess overwhelming evidence that the Democrats were behind it. NBC, ABC and CNN boycotted the live broadcast, but there are now major cracks in the wall. This boycott may backfire. Voters want to know how it was possible for Biden, sitting in his basement in Wilmington, to receive more votes than Obama did in his time. Trump’s concern is not merely a reckoning to ensure that the truth comes out, but to ensure that this cannot happen again.
Above all, he wants to put pressure on the Senate Majority Leader, John Thune, to secure passage of the Safe Act, the new electoral law, the SAFE America Act, which requires identification in order to vote. Thune is a protégé of his predecessor Mitch McConnell, who has been and remains Trump’s enemy. But both McConnell and his Democratic counterpart Chuck Schumer are on their way out of history. Schumer is being overrun by far more radical Democrats who are not ashamed to present themselves openly as socialists.
Even Fox News, which has gone to great lengths to avoid the 2020 election, reproduces Trump’s speech. Trump set out the chain of evidence:
‘The documents that we will begin releasing as of this evening were collected by the White House Task Force on Transparency in Government – an incredible group of people – together with the staff of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board, with the support of the heads of our foremost intelligence agencies, all of whom have personally reviewed the findings we are presenting this evening and fully confirmed that they are genuine,’ Trump said on Thursday.
The American people deserve the truth, Trump said.
‘This crucial information has for many years been kept hidden from you,’ Trump said. ‘The American people are incredible, our great American people. But all of this is changing now.’
While Trump was speaking, documents were published.
Present in the East Room were Marco Rubio, JD Vance, Kash Patel and Mark Mullwaney. This was Trump’s statement ahead of the midterm elections. He wants an election that voters can trust.
He did not shy away from a reckoning with China. It has long been clear that China attempted to influence the 2020 election.
Trump said that China had obtained information about American voters, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, political affiliation and other personal information, in order to establish a separate unit that would exploit the voter data it had acquired.
– Over a period of several years beginning with the 2020 election, China carried out what is believed to be the largest theft of election data in history, resulting in China unlawfully obtaining 220 million American voter files, Trump said in the live address from the White House on Thursday evening.
– The information includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, political party affiliation and other sensitive data needed in order to register as a voter, according to a summary on the White House website.
Hans Spakovsky, a legal expert used by Fox, says that the material Trump is presenting is shocking and that it is based on what the FBI, CIA and Department of Justice have uncovered.
Hans von Spakovsky, an expert on electoral law and senior legal adviser at Advancing American Freedom, told Fox News Digital that Trump’s allegations are shocking, particularly given that they derive from reports prepared by the CIA, FBI and other intelligence agencies.
‘The President should be commended for declassifying and publishing the reports that substantiate his claims so that they can be thoroughly reviewed,’ von Spakovsky said.
Trump says that the information about Chinese interference was kept hidden from both him and Congress.
Trump claimed that reports from the CIA and the National Security Agency (NSA) concerning China’s interference were excluded from Trump’s almost daily presidential briefings. Trump also said that Congress was not informed either.
Fox has pushed the most shocking information far down in the article, and the story that the President was kept in the dark is one of them.
Trump presented the case concerning election rigging to the American people. He says there must be a reckoning. If China and the Democrats had nothing to fear, why was the broadcast boycotted by three television networks?
Trump urged the Director of National Intelligence, the Department of Justice, the FBI and the CIA to launch an investigation and, where appropriate, dismiss those involved and bring criminal proceedings against them.
‘To the extent that these intrusions into our electoral system were covered up, as the President alleges, and concealed from the public, Congress, state election officials and the leadership of the executive branch, President Trump is correct that everyone involved in this cover-up should be investigated and prosecuted for any criminal offences,’ von Spakovsky said.
Ever since Trump made the greatest comeback of all time, voters have been waiting for accountability: for those responsible for Russia collusion and the use of state bodies as political weapons to be held to account. That has not happened. Trump is now telling voters that unless the new electoral law is adopted, the same thing will happen again: massive electoral fraud. Then Americans will no longer have a country.
Democratic states have refused to hand over electoral rolls and election results, but Trump explains why this is important: 256,000 registered voters who are not Americans have been found in California, New Jersey, Nevada and Pennsylvania.
‘I have also instructed DHS to notify all states of non-citizens on their voter rolls and ask them to remove all ineligible voters from the rolls immediately,’ Trump said.
According to letters obtained by Fox News Digital, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has informed election authorities in California, New Jersey, Nevada and Pennsylvania that a preliminary review has uncovered more than 256,000 potential non-citizens on the states’ voter rolls.
It was postal voting that made it possible to steal the 2020 election. In Democratic states, ballot papers arrived long after the election. The Democrats recently used the same method during the mayoral election in Los Angeles. Spencer Pratt was well ahead, but was pushed down when the postal votes arrived more than a week after the election. He who controls the count controls the election, as Stalin once said.
America has now reached that point, and we cannot allow matters to remain this way, was Trump’s message.
It remains to be seen whether he will be heard.
