A major police operation is under way in Nørresundby, Denmark, after a fire first broke out in an industrial area, followed by gunfire. Firefighters and ambulances are also at the scene.
Police officers came under fire upon their arrival, according to TV2.dk:

Police state that three people, including a police officer, have been shot. Their condition remains unclear.

Shortly before 2 p.m., emergency services received reports of a fire in an industrial area at Virklyst 12 in Nørresundby, a suburb immediately north of Aalborg. A large column of black smoke could be seen rising from the site. North Jutland Police (Nordjyllands Politi) and the fire service responded with a major deployment. Shortly afterwards, police announced that a shooting incident was under way at the scene.
Police are urging the public to stay away from the area. So far, no fatalities have been reported.
