Since the 1980s, globalists have used their own societies as a playground for political experiments: multiculturalism, mass immigration, Islamisation, an expanded welfare state, digitisation of money, an explosion in development aid, climate policy, a green circular economy, a green energy transition, electrification of transport, DEI policy, and a procession of hospital reforms, school reforms, trust reforms, and EU regulation on a continuous basis. The globalists have, moreover, made Norway a member of the EU through the EEA (EØS), because they know better than the people.

Common to all these experiments is that they have been introduced without risk assessment, information, objectives, or empirical evidence of success, and the vast majority are not proceeding at all as desired, intended, or dreamed of in the headquarters of the Labour Party (Arbeiderpartiet) and the Conservative Party (Høyre). These have shared power on a rotating basis for 75 years, and have the same policy, which benefits foreign countries and foreigners instead of Norway and Norwegians. The results speak an entirely different language than the politicians behind these changes:

Multiculturalism has only created division, mass immigration has produced a housing shortage, Islamisation has produced desecularisation, an expanded welfare state has produced enormous tax increases, digitisation of money has produced an explosion in fraud, the green circular economy tends towards a planned economy, the green energy transition has destroyed the power market and electricity prices, electrification of transport has produced major costs without better transport, DEI policy is a gift package to mentally disturbed people, and every single reform only leads to new reforms, while budget overruns have become the rule.

Communication experts are to camouflage truths

The only thing that actually works according to plan is that Norway has become the most proficient EU country in adopting EU regulation, because politicians in Høyre and Arbeiderpartiet work together for foreign powers such as the EU, the UN, and the WEF – something that used to be associated with an insult. And in order to conceal the catastrophe, governments have employed an entire army of spin doctors and PR agents who are to explain why “Norway is going brilliantly”, while the politicians are spared from answering for themselves before an open microphone.

This functioned excellently between 1981 and 2010, when social media had little impact on people’s perception of reality. But then politicians began in earnest to “lose control over what people are told” – something Gro Harlem Brundtland lamented in 2018 – as if this were negative. As a response to the growing freedom of expression and the flow of information that social media provides, we have received § 185 against “hate speech” (hatprat) and “independent fact-checkers” owned by the mainstream media.

At the same time, cancel culture and harassment against the right wing have developed into a pandemic worse than covid-19. It has now become entirely acceptable to accuse innocent people of racism and right-wing extremism – in order to create a warmer, more generous, and more inclusive society. Find the error? Suddenly the language changes and acquires magical words “which-can-not-be-spoken”, such as the designation “negro”. All in order to preserve control over what people are told and what people think, believe, and dare to say.

Everything has an end, including totalitarian media control

The problem with lying is that the lie sooner or later encounters the truth. Sooner or later, the results of the lie will become so obvious that it is no longer possible to protect the lie. Sooner or later, poor and dysfunctional policy will produce such poor and dysfunctional results that it is no longer possible to PR oneself away from responsibility. And that is where we are now: people have eyes in their heads. The truth forces its way forward through NRK’s propaganda budget of 8 billion kroner:

Islam is not peace. Multiculturalism is merely a euphemism for tribal culture. Integration is a magic word without content. “The new we” has neither cohesion nor content. Climate policy ruins people in exchange for nothing. The green transition is only about green banknotes changing hands. Mass immigration destroys both the housing market and the welfare system. Taxes do not go towards building welfare. Globalism benefits only undemocratic dictatorships and banana republics. Everyone who wishes to see, sees the truth.

Everyone who wishes to see also sees that politics in Europe in 2026 is not about governing countries for the better for one’s own population. Politics is now exclusively about protecting policy that does not work. Protecting the politicians and the forces behind them who have lied to and deceived people with stories of progress and better societies. And how does the elite solve this awakening, which is based on observation?

Not by admitting that they have failed. Not by addressing the criticism. Instead, they radicalise policy further, escalate it, and double down, as Biden did with woke, climate, and immigration. As the socialist governments also do in Spain and England. The elite does not meet the people and the criticism, and does not take seriously the problems that their dysfunctional dream policy creates. That would be to admit their own incompetence. Then it is better to create a monster:

Freedom must be tightened, for the good of all

Now the EU elite and their useful idiots insist that it is criticism that creates the problems. It is critics and whistleblowers who cause policy not to work, and who lead to the results not being as splendid as the elite’s “visions and ambitious targets” suggested. And there is only one solution to this: the critics must be cancelled, silenced, harassed, and threatened.

Everyone who observes the results, experiences the problems in everyday life, and disseminates information about reality must be silenced, trivialised, made suspect, reported, and investigated. Everyone who defies the authorities’ beautiful visions must be attacked. Entirely in line with all growing totalitarian movements throughout history.

This death spiral continues until truth, facts, and observation are no longer tolerated, and the lie is the only truth permitted to appear in the public sphere. At that point, society is no longer based on democracy. It is not even based on politics. It is based only on power, for that is in fact the only thing that matters for any aristocracy that holds power, the means, and has both the windward and leeward sides of the media.

That is why freedom of expression is suddenly portrayed as a dangerous factor in Western democracies. That is why the left hates Document.no. That is why the EU wants more control over social media. That is why China has its own state-controlled internet. That is why Iran and Moscow shut down the internet.

Because observation and experience are the most dangerous things that exist for incompetent politicians. People who have eyes in their heads are the greatest threat to power, and therefore the entire population must be made blind.
