Two immigrants, one boy of Iranian origin and one girl of Afghan origin, are standing trial at Vestfold District Court for raping a 13-year-old Norwegian boy by holding him down and then forcing a drumstick into his rectum.
In Sandefjord, at a private address on 16 August 2026, two immigrants, a 16-year-old boy with Iranian parents and a 16-year-old girl of partly Afghan background, are alleged to have been in the company of the 13-year-old Norwegian boy.
This is stated in an indictment presented by the Public Prosecutors in the South, through Public Prosecutor Mari Gjersøe. The case is scheduled for the end of November.
According to the indictment, the two 16-year-olds are alleged to have restrained the 13-year-old at a private address and then inserted a perfume sample into the 13-year-old’s anus. They then repeatedly thrust a drumstick towards, into and around the 13-year-old’s anus. This was despite the 13-year-old doing everything he could to stop them, by speaking out and trying to wriggle away. But against two 16-year-olds, he didn’t stand a chance.
The two 16-year-olds have been charged under Section 300 of the Penal Code, cf. Section 299 and Section 15 of the Penal Code, which covers the rape involving sexual intercourse of a child under the age of 14, or aiding and abetting such an offence. This carries a maximum sentence of 15 years’ imprisonment.
