Austria refuses to allow American aircraft to use its airspace and thereby joins the same line as Spain and France
– There have been requests, and they were rejected from the outset, says a spokesperson for the country’s Ministry of Defence, Colonel Michael Bauer.
He points out that the decision is in accordance with Austria’s policy of neutrality, and says that similar requests from other countries involved in war will also be rejected.
France and Spain have previously announced that they refuse to allow the United States to use their airspace in connection with the war against Iran.
In mid-March, Switzerland stated that they have done the same. (NTB)
Marco Rubio, who is also National Security Advisor, has indicated that there will be a reckoning when the war is over.
