According to the police, a man is seriously injured after a stabbing at Råholt in Romerike. Two men have been arrested in the case.

The police reported the stabbing at 3.17pm on Monday. The injured man has been picked up by air ambulance. Both the police and the ambulance were called out.

NTB reports on the story.

Dagbladet writes that the man is described as having serious to life-threatening injuries.

Two men have now been arrested. A weapon has been found in connection with the arrest of the men, but what they are charged with is currently unknown to me, says Gisle Sveen in the East police district to NTB at 3.50pm.

He further says that the police are familiar with both of the arrested men from before, but are currently not aware of whether the men have any relation to the man who was stabbed.

The incident happened outdoors.

Based on both experience and the information we have so far, we do not think that this is a random offence on the victim, Sveen tells Romerikes Blad.

Råholt is located in the municipalities of Eidsvoll and Ullensaker.
