Bishar Mohamed, 24, has been sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment for aggravated rape and aggravated sexual assault in a court case after having forced a 15-year-old Swedish boy to oral sex by beating him and threatening him with his life. This is reported by Riks and Samnytt.
He was registered in the Swedish population register in 2007 and became a Swedish citizen in 2013.

In March the 15-year-old was together with a friend at McDonald’s in Borlänge when Mohamed ordered him to offer a lift to Bullermyren.
Mohamed kissed the boy on the forehead and touched his body. Thereafter he forced his penis into the boy’s mouth by beating him several times.
“Open your mouth, you Swedish bastard, or I will kill you!”, he is said to have said according to the boy.
The boy vomited several times before Mohamed ejaculated in his mouth.

The crime is said to have been committed in the immigrant-dense area Bullermyren in Borlänge municipality.
On 20 March this year the 15-year-old Swedish boy found himself at McDonald’s in Borlänge together with a friend. There he met the 24-year-old Somali Mohamed. Mohamed asked him for a lift, and once inside the EPA tractor he ordered the boy to drive to Bullermyren, otherwise it would have “consequences”.
Mohamed is thereafter said to have become threatening and intrusive by touching the boy and kissing him on the forehead. When the boy protested, he said: “Do not talk back to me, I have guys who can shoot you when I want”.
He is thereafter said to have asked him to lie down in the car, before he grabbed hold of the boy’s hair and pressed him down towards his genitals.
Thereafter he pulled down his underpants, gave the boy a blow to the face and said: “If you talk back or tell it to anyone, I will kill you”.
During the rape Mohamed is also said to have asked the boy to open his mouth, otherwise he would kill him.

He is thereafter on repeated occasions said to have pressed the boy’s head down towards his genitals and forced him to oral sex, and the boy is then said to have vomited several times. He continued until he ejaculated in the boy’s mouth.
A closely related witness told the police that the boy rang her that evening and told about what had happened. When he finally came home, he was completely distraught and had vomited in the EPA tractor.
When the witness said that she would ring the police, the boy became hysterical and screamed that Mohamed would kill him.
Further the witness tells that no one was allowed to touch the boy. He screamed that he did not want to live and sat curled up on the kitchen floor. After the rape he is very poorly, sleeps poorly and has nightmares. He is afraid that Mohamed or his friends will come to kill him.
Another witness told that he is now so afraid that he does not dare to go alone to for example football training. The rape has left deep wounds on the Swedish boy.
Now Bishar Mohamed, 24 years, has been sentenced to 7 years’ imprisonment for aggravated rape and aggravated assault in the court case. Samnytt writes that since he received Swedish citizenship in 2013, he cannot be expelled from Sweden under current legislation.
