Norway racism hoax: Somali man jailed for falsely claiming attack by six white racists
Hamse Ali was acquitted in Hordaland District Court for his fabricated racism claim after the court accepted a witness’s explanation that he was suffering from “false memories” rather than lying. Now the Gulating Court of Appeal has sentenced him to 45 days in prison, rejecting the hoax more readily.
