Conservative and independent journalist Cam Higby has infiltrated one of the well-organised groups trying to stop ICE from arresting illegal immigrants.

On X, he writes:

I have infiltrated organisational signal groups around Minneapolis with the sole purpose of tracking down federal agents and hindering, attacking and obstructing them.

BUCKLE UP, EVERYTHING WILL BE DISCONNECTED

Every area of the city has a signal or multiple signals. Let’s start with a screen capture of all the members of the south side group.

This group alone has 754 members, we see from his mobile screen.

The members of the group are assigned different roles, writes Cam Higby:

I have been undercover in the groups for several days.

You’ll notice emojis next to people’s names. Here’s a key to what those emojis mean.

The highlighted positions are the most important. Most are self-explanatory. Mobile patrols spend their entire “shift” looking for suspicious vehicles.

When they find one, they send it to the group so that “sign checkers” can compare it to their database and see if it’s a known federal vehicle or if the patrol can confirm it so the database can be updated.

The centre is running a maximum broadcast throughout the day to let protesters know where ICE has been observed and how best to obstruct them.

They have divided Minneapolis into different zones for patrolling:

It’s not “random passers-by” protesting if they happen to come across an ICE action against illegal immigrants, it’s a highly organised mob that won’t accept law and order in the US. They don’t shy away from death threats against those who would expose them, as journalist James O’Keefe and his team found out:

They stalk journalists who want to reveal what they’re up to:

The schools are part of the network, but Cam Higby didn’t make it into that group because everyone was verified either as teachers or parents at named schools:
