A group calling itself the Legion for the Freedom of Russia has claimed responsibility for attacks inside Russia, near the city of Bolgorod. Ukraine says it is aware of the group, but that it is Russian. Russia disputes this. The group has posted a video on Twitter in which it claims that it consists of Russian defectors who, with weapons in hand, want to overthrow the Putin regime.
