Kari Lake has taken the Mericopa County Board of Elections to court because the signature verification of tens of thousands of ballots happened in seconds. But the judge decided on Monday that there was nothing wrong with the procedure, because it was formally followed, and that to question it would be to break the principle of separation of powers.
