This Saturday, too, demonstrations had been announced in many European cities, and they are spreading. German activists had announced demonstrations in 21 cities.
Clashes between demonstrators and the police have also broken out today, though not to the same extent as on the previous two weekends, at least so far. However, the situation remains tense in many European cities.
In Hamburg, the police are using water cannons against troublemakers, whilst masked rioters are erecting barricades. Fireworks have been used as weapons in both Frankfurt and Berlin.
“There have been, and continue to be, isolated incidents of fireworks being set off illegally,” the Berlin police wrote on X.
The demonstrations in Bremen began calmly but are no longer peaceful, a police spokesperson told Die Welt. There have been several violent attacks on the police.
In France, 320,000 demonstrators are reported to have turned out, according to the authorities. As usual, the organisers quote higher figures, claiming that nearly half a million people took part. Le Figaro reports that there are ‘radical elements’ in several cities. 296 demonstrators had been arrested by 6.00 pm.
However, there has been a clear decline in the number of demonstrators. In Paris, 70,000 demonstrators gathered in the streets, far fewer than the 110,000 who turned out last Saturday. Nevertheless, there are still enough of them to cause trouble.
“Paris looks like a war zone right now. Again.
The usual coalition of far-left activists and Muslim immigrants are throwing Molotov cocktails at the police and setting the streets alight.
The situation is extremely tense.”

In Lyon and Bordeaux, 19,000 and 11,000 people respectively took part in the demonstrations; here too, there was a significant reduction compared with last week. In Lyon, Israeli and American flags were burnt.

Calm has returned to Rouen after the police used tear gas to disperse protesters across the Seine.
In Nantes, a number of demonstrators spread out across the city centre. They were met by a substantial security presence.
Meanwhile, violent riots continue in Albania.

The organisers and Western regime media offer a range of different explanations as to why the demonstrations have arisen. In France, poor schools were initially blamed; subsequently, it was poor living conditions that led the immigrant mob to burn down everything they could find and loot luxury shops.
In Germany, the organisers claim that the current demonstrations are actually about their opposition to compulsory military service. Arson, shop looting and demonstrations against conscription apparently require as many demonstrators as possible to attack the police whilst waving Hamas flags and shouting Islamist slogans.
