The anti-Islam riots in France have spread to Belgium. On Friday 9 October, demonstrators and police clashed in the EU capital, Brussels. Pictures show fires, stone-throwing, water cannons and tear gas in the city centre and in the streets around the central station.
The riots broke out in connection with a nationwide strike and demonstration organised by Belgium’s largest trade unions against the government’s austerity measures. Between 30,000 and 50,000 people took part in the peaceful main march.
A very high proportion of participants were from immigrant backgrounds
Violent incidents broke out in connection with the demonstration. Masked groups of young men threw stones, bottles, fireworks and other objects at the police. Several fires were started, including on bicycles, scooters and buses. The police responded with tear gas, water cannons and batons. Over 100 people were arrested, several of whom were minors.
Green/Islamic unholy alliance riots are now well underway in Belgium.
Legacy media are still reporting them as “student protests”.

The Belgian authorities, together with the trade unions, emphasise that the violence was carried out by ‘troublemakers’ and not by the organised demonstrators.
This is Liège (Luik), Belgium.
Note how the French migrant “school riots” are spreading.
Of course they are. Because they are not about the school system.
They are ethnoculturally motivated attacks against Europe and its native peoples. pic.twitter.com/WmdduaxIrP

Protests in the French-speaking part of Belgium have been ongoing for several days and contributed to the ‘passionate’ atmosphere.
The Islamic riots in France have spread to Belgium, and Brussels looks like a war zone right now.
This is the capital of the European Union. 88 per cent of people under 18 have a foreign background, and more than half are Muslim.

Brussels has long had a very high proportion of residents with an immigrant background. Among children and young people under the age of 18 in the Brussels region, 70 to 90 per cent are of foreign origin, with backgrounds outside Europe.

The proportion of people from a Muslim background is significantly higher than the national average, although the figures vary between different sources.
