Two immigrants dragged a disabled 15-year-old Swedish girl into public toilets and raped her repeatedly under threats and violence. This is reported by Fria Tider and Expressen.
“The crime scenes are four different public toilets in a shopping centre in Uppsala,” writes prosecutor Karin Persson.
One of the perpetrators cannot be prosecuted because he is allegedly 14 years old. The other suspect, a 17-year-old Syrian, has already obtained Swedish citizenship and therefore cannot be deported from Sweden if convicted.
A 17-year-old Syrian with dual citizenship is charged with aggravated rape of a child.
A 14-year-old, citizen of Afghanistan and Sweden, is charged with the same offence but cannot be convicted of anything due to his stated young age.
The girl, who has a disability, was subjected to the assaults in a shopping centre in Uppsala in November 2025.

For several hours the immigrants moved between the toilets and raped the 15-year-old girl.
The Syrian and the Afghan are alleged to have acted together and used both violence and threats to carry out vaginal and oral intercourse as well as penetrating her with their fingers.
The rapists are said to have filmed the assaults and threatened the girl with spreading the videos.
“He said that if you tell anyone, then we will do something. And spread the video everywhere,” the girl says in questioning.
The violence included, among other things, blows to the back and buttocks as well as restraint that caused pain.
The 17-year-old is also charged with offensive photography and child pornography since the assaults were filmed. He admits the filming but denies the rape.
According to the prosecutor, the assault material should be regarded as particularly ruthless “on the grounds that it concerned a child who was subjected to a real assault with violence and coercion, and that she was subjected to several persons”.
The 14-year-old admits parts of the sequence of events but denies having committed a crime. Since the 14-year-old is not criminally liable, an evidentiary charge is brought, which means that the district court will assess the question of guilt without the possibility of imposing any punishment on him.
The 17-year-old Syrian was convicted only a couple of months ago of aggravated assault after a man was subjected to kicks to the head while lying on the ground. The sentence was only 70 hours of youth service.
