On Saturday, Alex Pretti was shot and killed by Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis. NRK states outright that he was unarmed. But this is denied by both video material and the authorities.
Intensive care nurse Alex Jeffrey Pretti (37) was shot and killed by federal agents during an immigration operation in Minneapolis. According to his family, Pretti was an innocent bystander who was simply trying to protect a woman.
But video footage of the incident shows otherwise.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) conducted an operation to arrest and return illegal immigrant Jose Huerta-Chuma from Ecuador. He has been charged with domestic violence, assault and driving without a licence.

During the operation, Alex Pretti appeared – armed with a 9 mm Sig Sauer P320 pistol and two extra magazines. In total, he had 51 shots with him. When the agents attempted to disarm him, he violently resisted.

Watch video:
For fear of being seriously injured or killed, Border Patrol agents fired shots. Pretti was pronounced dead immediately. He also had no ID on him.
Immediately after the shooting, approximately 200 people came to the scene to prevent the agents. Several of them physically attacked the federal agents.
NRK covers the case, but omits critical details. In their own story, they write:
“Video footage shows that Pretti was not armed, but was holding a phone and trying to protect a woman who was pepper-sprayed.”
.

This is despite the fact that both the authorities and video footage confirm that Pretti was armed. However, he was disarmed by Border Patrol when he violently resisted.
“Staged chaos like this is only seen in Minneapolis. This is the result of far-left troublemakers working hand-in-hand with local authorities.”
