We have forgotten everything. We do not want to know, we do not want to remember. And in doing so, we are condemning ourselves to ruin. Norway’s freedom is at stake here – and not just Norway’s, but that of the whole of Western Europe. It is now Monday 5 October, right in the middle of the elk hunting season. The autumn weather is lovely. It would be lovely to go hunting now, but I’m busy with a different kind of battle.
The difference between then and now is that the media are entirely on the same side as Andy Burnham, Keir Starmer and all the others who have come and gone in the UK. Our own government is on the same side. So where is the truth to come from? It must come from a media outlet that’s keeping up with events and understands just how much is at stake.
Things are moving so fast that I wonder whether the architects behind the marriage between Islam and Europe are doing everything they can to create enough ‘facts on the ground’ to make it too late to do anything. That they want us to pass the ‘point of no return’. They may well run into a few spanner in the works and a stone in their shoe. But they can live with that, because they’re sticking to their course.
When courage fails
Houellebecq wrote *Submission* ten years ago. Goodness me, how time flies. The book is about a coalition including Islamists winning the election in France. I think it was projected only as far as 2022. So we left that behind us a long time ago.
There are signs of resistance to the Muslim Brotherhood coming to power. But it starts with just a few shots fired in a few neighbourhoods, and then it fizzles out. And that’s it. It seems very descriptive of France today.
Raspail, the author of *The Camp of the Saints*, foresaw this as early as 1973. He describes a France being invaded by a vast armada from the south. The Prime Minister is due to give a speech in which he declares a state of emergency and announces all manner of measures. But when he sits in front of the microphone, his courage fails him. So he delivers something rather evasive. Just like today’s politicians.
You know full well that von der Leyen, Macron and Støre will never pluck up the courage to defend Europe. They sold out a long time ago. That’s why I used the term ‘traitor’ in reference to Støre, because everyone can see what they’re up to.
Who gave us Aristotle?
Over the last few days, I’ve been listening to lots of programmes with Raymond Ibrahim. He addresses the most common misconceptions in the public sphere about Islam. Ibrahim gets straight to the heart of the matter. There was that debate at the Oxford Union with Jacob Rees-Mogg. He is, after all, one of the more cultured Tories. But that doesn’t stop him from being an apologist for Islam. Rees-Mogg says, as I understand his argument: ‘Admittedly, Constantinople was conquered in 1453, but who was it that gave us Aristotle?’
To this, Ibrahim replies that if a few manuscripts from antiquity are supposed to outweigh Islam’s brutality, he doubts that Rees-Mogg really means it. Using the monuments of the past as signs of a higher civilisation can lead completely astray. Ibrahim compares it to arriving in Dubai or Saudi Arabia after a nuclear war. If some of the high-rises were still standing, would one then say: ‘Look at what an advanced civilisation!’
We Europeans ought to know better after the Third Reich. A high technological standard is no sign that it was a civilised society. That short-circuit – deriving humanitarian standards from technology – is a hair’s breadth away. But it is also a hair’s breadth away from revealing that it is an illusion. If there is one thing we have been told, it is that Germany was the land of poets and thinkers, and yet it threw itself into the arms of barbarism.
Europeans no longer have the strength to defend themselves and face the truth. But a Coptic Christian from Egypt who has studied in the US does. He knows. He has experienced it first-hand. Ibrahim, incidentally, studied under Victor Davis Hanson. He has now recommended *Sword and Scimitar*. I shall get to grips with that. Ibrahim is important. He tears all illusions to shreds.
‘Woke’ kills everything that is real
Det Norske Teatret is staging a play called ‘Gutta’. I spoke to one of our lot who’d been to see the Benjamin film. It was also structured in such a way that you’re left with a pre-determined conclusion before you’ve even seen the film. That’s not why you go to the cinema. It’s not to have something confirmed that you’ve known all along. The artistic nerve is gone, because ‘woke’ kills everything that’s real.
And speaking of immediate rebuttal, which the media, the PFU and the Editors’ Association have got fixated on: it would be fun to go and see the show and count how many references there are to our website and what we do. (We’ve now got tickets for 17 October – ed. note) Whether these are authentic references or imaginary ones, we’ll just have to check it out. Because then it wouldn’t be a case of any ‘simultaneous rebuttal’. After all, we’re fighting for a good cause.
You’d have to be exceptionally ill-versed in European history not to know that those who were convinced they were fighting a good cause committed the greatest atrocities. I’m thinking, for example, of the crusade against the Cathars in the south of France. Then there’s the Thirty Years’ War and the communist and Nazi heretic burnings. Our intellectual elite fails to see this connection.
There is no will
People in the Middle East have long warned that the West is becoming a breeding ground for Salafists and jihadists. But the authorities are unable to respond, just as they were unable to stop the Koranic schools in Drammen. For there is no will. They are completely devoid of the will to act.
People must now realise that this is something the authorities themselves have opened the door to. Støre and Lene Vågslid should be sleeping very badly at night. Because there is more to come. This is a life-and-death struggle, really, with our children’s future hanging in the balance. And more and more people are beginning to realise this.
I’m glad to see that more and more people are realising and understanding just how much is at stake.
An event today sheds light on the past
I’ve been blessed with a good memory, so I remember. It is as if an event today casts its light backwards, illuminating the memory trails that have gone before. Together, these generate energy, so that we see more clearly.
In the USA, they have a memory. They do not in Norway and Western Europe. They have forgotten everything. They do not want to know, they do not want to remember. That is why the struggle for memory is the struggle for survival. The Norwegian people have no idea what is being done and said in their name, because the media ensure that they do not find out.
But if you follow Document, you’ll find out.
God’s peace. Thank you for today.
