In reality, the majority of spending goes to people of working age, where non-Western immigrants — especially from Islamic countries — dominate the recipient lists, according to SSB figures. NAV does not mention this. Nor does Finance Minister Jens Stoltenberg, who is responsible for the policies that enabled it.
