The Norwegian government-appointed foundation NOREF Norwegian Centre for Conflict Resolution secretly met with Hamas in Gaza in 2021 with the aim of improving relations between the terrorist organisation and the EU, leaked Hamas documents show. Marte Heian-Engdal and Frida Nome represented NOREF at the meeting.
