For decades, the West has allowed the most intolerant among us to present themselves as “the tolerant”. We have remained silent to preserve a pleasant atmosphere while the political left, Islamists and the Pride movement have dictated the terms of the debate. It is time to hold them to account, stop fearing the chorus of outrage, and refuse to give them another inch. We have tolerated the intolerant for long enough.
